Hello, all,

Well, I am playing UW2 now. I meet the next trouble with the game:
- I am 14-level Paladin.
- I am at the world of Praekor Loth - level 2.
- I entering a evil battle with about 1000 skeletons- During the first meeting with these monsters suddenly the game frosts. I starting again crying because I was 10 minutes engage with the battle and lost many progress. The game repeated this one a few times.
Desperate, I attacked the skeletons frontally and after a very heavy battle reached the opposite side. Pls note I am playing about a day this battle.
And when I tried to save my victorious progress received the next:

-Saving game
Error: Cantcrunch badobject list.
Sorry:Your object list is corrupted.
Please report this.
Would like to continue this way?No.

I keep the original message above in 1 row. (In bold font)
But I press Y(es) and continue the game.

Well, maybe left about 50 skeletons.

Q: May I cont. the game even with this message before saving?

Maybe this is the source of the problem? That file is not only about the light and shadows, I think.
Never had such an error while playing the game, though it did become a bit slow when more and more skeletons came since they respawn indifinitely there. I doubt in any case you can continue the game without being able to save it, as you can't play non-stop.

What you could try is - escape to the level with the Blackrock Gem hall and try to save there. If it doesn't work, it seems unfortunately your game is ruined. Try to load a savegame before this problem occured, if you kept one.

Do not forget this holly day!

After detailed analyses of the trouble and careful settings and following wise directions of my Master aka Scatty the humble yog localize the problem and solved it to 98-99 %.
I do copy of my save files regularly of all games I played at my flash memory devices.

In fact the trouble occurred in let say Skeletons zone only.
Passing to level 5, the warning is no more existing and all is OK.

Starving to play I will no explain in details the measures token.

Instead of solving the problem, it ....

After I found the dead Praekor Loth with Horn, I am unable to do anything in Level 3 of world of above king (this is level with re spawning skeletons).

- What is wrong, brave yoga?

Well, I enter the level and appears in the beginning. Usually I pump my vitality to Max, then arrange the spell IN MANI and running against bad flashing walls.

Now when I make 10 steps, the game freezes...
Rats!!

Anyway I decide to continue the game even no more visits of this level in future. Never mind I lost some stuff in above level. Note that I have problem in this level only..
Sadly because I was ready to smash nasty lord Umbria, skeleton-like Lethe and some smaller monsters in swap area (lurkers, Demon and like).

In this bad case I was solved thanks to 2 moon stones...

Try raising memsize= in dosbox.conf file to 64

memsize=64

and see if that helps. Also try to increase CPU cycles, maybe more of them can help.
