Atmosfear - The Third Dimension
That game is RPG/strategy. It is from 1995. Developer (A Couple 'A Boys Pty Limited) and publisher (EMG Publishing] aren't ESA members.

Seems so. But A Couple 'A Cowboys could be protective since the franchise is active.
