This sort of organisation is nothing new. For example, there's NAMBLA in America.

As with many things, I strongly disagree with their views, but I respect their rights to say it.

They do have a point about the concpet of an "Age of Consent" being too arbitrary, as inevitably, it will be too high for some people, and too low for others. As it is, there is no better way to judge maturity so we must err on the side of caution (a too low AoC is much worse than a too high one).

I wouldn't worry too much. They need at least 65000 votes to even get a seat in the Second Chamber (sort of like the House of Commons in the UK).
But, in principal, if what they're saying and doing (now) is not against the law, and afaik talking about pedohilia isn't, every group should have the right to set up a political party and try to get votes. That's democracy for you. If the majority of the Dutch would agree with these people, I'd strongly consider moving to another country though :P

So this is allowed but pro fascist parties aren't, if you're so extreme in liberal views then everything should be allow shouldn't it? What's next a party which will vouch for murdering people to become legal, talking about that isn't illegal either is it?

But who says what is acceptable and what isn't? The Government?

Free speech is either universal or it isn't free speech, simple as that. They're allowed to say they want to have sex with children legally and we're allowed to say that we think it's disgusting; that's how the system should work.

Obviously, if the line is crossed and talking about having sex with children turns into actually having sex with children, then tthe law must come down upon them. But nobody should be punished for voicing their opinion in a public forum, such as a protest, or a political party.

OK so why can't people be racists/fascist then? That's punishable by law, where's the freedom of speech? The same should be applied to pedophiles, there is a line that mustn't be crossed, there should be a public refferendum about banning such parties, if we live in a democratic society...
