well, turbo is a programm with wich you can slow down your pc.
i downloaded it to play x-com gold.
(the problem was that as soon as i touched a screenedge i was at the other end of the map).

there are shurley some people who might have the same problem and instead of searching in google you could just add it in your utilities section.
