Most annoying thing in this game! Warehouses help later, though.

I just got me an original boxed version of this game with all the manuals and stuff off of ebay for 10$, I love it.

HOw come I always get 0 pizza sales even tho I see customers in my shop? I that a bug or something? Anyway to fix it? or did I do something wrong?

There must be 3 standard pizzas in a restaurant for it to have any sales,drumurai.

Anyone have any idea how exactly the pizza quality is determined and how to get it really high? I have only quality 100 ingredients, the stone ovens quality 85 and my personnel has cooking and serving 80-100. Yet my pizza quality is still 67 to 69 in all restaurants. What is missing?

Anyone know how to know right payment for a worker that make their motivation keep 100%??

How can I save a character? I only can save missions and games.

I had the same problem, here's how you fix it:

Go in the folder of the game (probably called pizza or something similar) and create a new folder, called game.

Go back to your game and try saving it again. Should work now

Just felt like playing it again, and for the first time in my life actually won it!!! (cheating a little hehe)
Hints:
Money - Sell a church. If a realtor accepts to buy it, it wil take a lot of money from you. Don´t panic, if you keep selling it to them over and over you´ll end up with more than 500 million
Market Leadership - If you go to a new country, buy (or rent) 3 or 4 stores, once you have everything you need to open them, buy ads and the next day open them all at the same time. You´ll be market leader from day one.
Not enough supplies - Make contracts with suppliers for far more than what you need, hire a manager and tell him to do the shopping, buy a depot (in every country you have stores) and keep them full at all times. After all that, you may run out of supplies once in a while, but that´s just because trends change or your manager´s lazy.
Capacity - If you can´t hire any good cooks or waiters, hire average ones and raise all of their wages until motivation is 100%. Capacity will be at it´s top. Always check the capacity needs on your animated stats. Also try to fill the store with tables and chairs, and not much decor. You will increase capacity and market share
That´s pretty much it. Once you have 3 or 4 stores (and one depot) in every country, at full capacty (not necessarily FULL, but the best you can do) you just sit and wait for success!!

And in the case of Mac users, go to the app, choose "Show Package Contents" and then create a folder called "game" within the "pt" folder.
