This game was written for Windows. It won't work in DOSBox. Ever.

(bar getting Win 3.11 to run in it if this game runs on that)

Most likely it doesn't, since it was produced in 2004.

It wont work on Dosbox...because it is not for DOS. It is a Windows game. No amount of playing around with Dosbox (bar getting Win 3.11 to run in it if this game runs on that) will get this game running on it.
