I play FO2 now, with killap's and the kids still have the things they stole form you right after they stole it, when you re-enter the location, they might don't have it, but still, their mentors should have them.

Btw, I told you they steal. If you won't circumgo the problem, at least give the important items to your companions, and keep your weapons in hand (the children can't steal from there).

Q1: May Sulik carry some stuff? May I change Sulik' armor with better one?
Q2: How to free Vic? I have the radio in question and know where Vic exactly is. May I attack the Slaver guild and one by one kill all 12 guards with Mezner - the boss?
Q3: I dunno how to fulfill the Whiskey Bob task?
Q4: Where, the hell, is some Skeeter? Has to find and buy battery for the car..
Q5: How to know whats the time to visit in midnight the house with Anna-the ghost?

To quickly give/get items from companions, use a steal skill on them, I think that he will use whatever the best weapon in his inventory automatically, but, to do some corrections in his behavoir, talk to him, at the right side, there are two buttons, one's for trade, other marked as "combat control", click it, in there, you can see some basic info about him, HP, AP, carry weight, melee dmg etc, then there are two buttons "use best weapon/armor" clicking any of these two will make him equip with the best weapon/armor he has in inventory. another thing found there, you can adjust his behavior in combat, there are like 5 "orange" options from which you can choose, best click on "custom" and there change whatever you like.

Vic:

To free Vic, you must give him the radio, then pay Metzger 1000$(I'm not quite sure how it works when you kill Metzger, if the Vic is freed as well), In any case, If you attack Metzger all the guards become hostile, those close enough, all attack at once, depends where are you standing when you begin the battle. Killing Metzger with his guards yeilds around 1800xp, after killing them, go to the back part, whre the slaves are and tell one that they are free, yeilds (dunno xactly) ~2000xp.

The Whiskey Bob

You have to go to "Trapping Grounds" in Klamath(south), the area is filled with geckos, you have to get to the only house in there, find a wood on the ground there and use it on the machine there( to use the item on something, have an interaction button ready, hold down left mouse button, menu will appear, choose a "backapck" icon, inventory will open, then select the item you wish to use). But, the quest is limited to be completed within one day, so if you missed it, you won't be probably able to solve it.

Skeeter

Skeeter is in a town called "Geck", it's north of Vault city, it's to the norh-eastmost corner of the map. You will have to do a quest for him to get the part.

Time, to see what time it is, just press a "P" button, it shows your "Pip-boy", there is stuff like quests etc.., in the upper-left section, there's an icon with a small bell on it, and 4 digits next to it, yes, that's the actual game time, clicking the bell icon, you can rest for some hours(see for yourself), otherwise, you can check the game time on the world map, at the upper-rightmost edge of the screen, as well as what year and date is.

Q1: Do as wardencz says, but a thing to note: only leave the / the kind of weapon on the characters you want them to use. Because eg. Sulik tend to swap ontu Hammer if he has it, although SMG would be what you want in his hand. Or Marcus will use his throw skill (with stupid torches!) instead using his minigun!

Q2: Do as wardencz says, but a thing to note: killing the gang is a hidden quest too, but there are more things to do first if you ask me (like solving the trouble between Metzger's two commanders).

Killing Metzger should be one of last things you'll do at Den, only getting a car and two quests, obtained at Modoc and Gecko, can be done later, as Metzger is nescessary for at least one other quest. It is possible to buy Vic instead, but I prefer killing him since it yields more exp and money.

now for the fight itself, a couple hints:

With a bit of saveloading, you can steal ammo from guards and shotgun from Metzger, it will make the fight much easier. Don't taunt Metzger, instead just go outside, grab your hunting rifle, move toward the enterance to The Hole, and snipe the guard and rest of slavers as they charge towards you. If you managed to get grenade or molotov already, it will make the fight even easier.

And after you kill him, go see Becky, she'll give you a reward.

You're mistaken. The most exp comes from first buying out Vic, THEN killing Metzger (after the complition of the other quests related to Metzger).
