it's a new addition. This was not added specifically for one member but as a tool for mods/admins to rurther crack down on unwanted elements on the board without having to immidiately throw suspensions around. Nearly all members have a warn level of 0% a few are already have a higher warn level. Good behaviour makes it go down bad makes it go up.
