Why is it on this site if it's not abandonware? Or do protected old games still count as abandonware?

back then when the game was added it was abandonware- an abandonned software, noone cared about it. but now someone sells it again so it is not abandonware

well, either sells it it or being a pain in the arse about copyrights. and disney is a major pain in the arse about copyrights, even though they don't sell or support the game anymore
