![]() I wouldn't recommend it for newer hardware -(nor to use it on your good 'main' PC)- but if you have an older PC or laptop gathering dust in a corner this will blow new life in the obsolete hardware:
http://geekdos.weebly.com/ Now yeah, it's a hobby ...... :embarassed:

![]() I'll see if I can run this on my old Dos6.22/7.10 machine, Dosraider.
Looks interesting. Are you looking for user reports or anything, as i know you work with Dosbox people..? Or is this just a "by the people, for the people" geekdos proclamation? |

![]() I"m not related in any way to the geekdos project, just thought it seems interesting enough to post the matter on a forum where there should be at least some peeps bored enough to give it a glance ...... and as it's based on FreeDos it runs fine on FAT32, plenty of freeware FreeDos softs (....and Dos games) work flawless on it.
Add it has some kind the 4Dos feeling/versatility that the MsDos prompt always lacked .... I've used it to blow new life in an ol'P2 that was getting really dusty. ... etcetera etcetera blah blah, you get the picture. So yeah, a "by the people, for the people" geekdos proclamation covers it.
