According to a message sent to me by OP, "Championship Manager France" is a different game - or at least with different data files - from the Championship Manager already on the site:

i understand that championship manager is here on the site, but i was looking for a specific version of championship manager, its called guy roux manager, its a championship manager version but directed to the french league. the one in abandonia is the english league and its easy to find.

This is supported by information on Wikipedia and several mentions from other sources.

MobyGames say its the French Title while CM is the english btw. international title...

but i know Bundesliga Manager Professional exist in 2 different Version. One with English League (is On Site) and one with German League (which i own and play).

@marko for the 2010-Protected Games it would make sense since the End of the Year is coming near, while the other Games are protected for a while longer...
