"No go" means it is not available for download since ESA (which holds the copyright) has forbidden this explicitly at some point in time. Maybe they will change their view one day, maybe not...
Until then your best bet is to find this game second hand.

why is it being protected actually? it's not an esa member, no copies left, the company seems dead, thir original url www.silverlightning.com was even taken by "the revolutionary silver and jewelry cleaning plate that you’ve seen nationally advertised on TV!"
