![]() hmmm
how odd the game runs very slowly I've tried ctrl+f12 in dosbox but that doesn't have any effect. Do you hear the people talk? because I can't seem to skip the dialogue... and the dialogue lasts for a very long time. |

Under the [render] sectionframeskip is default 0. Change it to 5 Under the [cpu] section cycles is default 3000. Change it to 6500 or press Ctrl+F12 until cycles at the top reads 6500 This will not harm dosbox in any way. it will not harm your computer either. another trick that you can look at is by pressing right-clicking your taskbar and then click task manager. click the processes tab and then click on "user name" click on all the processes linked to your username except for explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe and then click end process. even thought there is a warning. click yes. then rund dosbox. also set your options inside the game it is textspeed or something to a value other than 5. if to slow set higher. if too fast set lower. you can also activate frame skipping if needed. :brain: |
