No. SMC is a ROM for a SNES emulator.

For now you can't download it. It's a 'NO GO'.

Default Unable to install the game

I downloaded the game from this site and tried to open it with dosbox. I mounted it on dosbox and after I opened the "install.exe" file,a window saying "unable to open file disk 1" opened up.
How can I fix it and install Asterix & Obelix? My operational system is Windows Vista, has it got anything to do with it?

You don't need to install the game. Just configure the sound correctly (if you want sound) and run obelix.exe.
