No Go
When I want to download the game, there say NO GO or something?

If it says "NO GO", that game cannot be downloaded (for a good reason).
That's all there is to it.

The English version of the site seems to be free of the bug.
And, o_unico, the "no go" icon currently applies to any non-downable games regardless of cause (yep, also the Sold ones)
