It's not gory at all, maybe spooky but not gory. The sequel 7 Days on the other hand has one or two gory scenes at the end, and Trilby's notes is very gory and bad for your heart. But 5 Days is not gory.

Lets see, the first game with a gory warring that i known was the Resident Evil. Compared to RE, 5 fays isnt gory. The first one got a sad history and the second one got some blood but none of them is gory. They both are terror games, so there is suspense and death but no of them is so deathfull, so violent or so repeatly twisted to be called gory.
I hope that you can enjoy them as me.
