There actually was a recent brew-ha-ha (about a month ago) about DNF release date when Dallas Business Journal did an interview with 3D Realms President Scott Miller and he was misquoted for things he said "off the record". After a day or so of people going out of their minds, it was debunked by George Broussard in the 3D Realms forums leading to my favorite statement ever:
"I suppose we're used to dealing with gaming press and not mainstream press. Lesson learned."  |
