Monkey Island was the funniest series (with quite a few LOL moments), but there were others that made me laugh really hard.

Have you ever played Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail? Just the registration form cracked me up (the game naturally is extremely funny - it should be since it's based on the movie).

Then there were Sam'n'Max Hit the Road, now that's a game that had me laughing some many times (regarthless of how often I played it)... I'd have to say the single funniest game I've ever played!
