As for your problem, it's an obvious corrupt download. Try downloading another copy of the file. Also, re-name the corrupt first downloaded archive rather than deleting it (if you have problems with free disk space, don't feel bad about deleting the corrupt archive immediately) - you can delete it freely after you prove the second download to be allright.
