Of course, digital audio sounds much better, than sequenced one, but it will be quite big, even in MOD format, I think. And you can attach a file less or equal to 200 K. Besides, I didn't ever make MOD files. I jumped directly to Fruity Loops and its MP3's. More than that, I don't have good or just new samples!

Well, you can rip samples from others, but the unwritten rules are you shall mention from what tracker/artist you have borrowed the samples from.

Other than that, you can always ask in their forums , and they are quite helpfull.
