It goes away after awhile, by the way, a new and improved interface.
It's now at the bottom of the screen out of the playfield, so it doesn't get overlapped by annoying clouds or such. Oh, and the bug with parts of the ammo and crap dissapearing is now gone. Wait till the alpha fix and you'll be set. The crypt bug is also fixed.
