Note: This Really looks like WindowsXP! And i just took the foirst best pictures i found!

with screens that small we would hardly notice if it was like win95

as to how it could run faster, I believe you answered your own question (hint: it has something to do with new computers)

anyway, Im no fan of xp so I customised my other pc to look like win '95 with a cool blue-purple thing going on. It kicks behind.
