Go easy on the guy. I think the background for the post was simply to enlighten people about roms and emulators. The 24 hours thing is, as many people have pointed out, NOT true (although I suppose there might be countries that allow this).

But personally I don't think there's much of a difference between this and regular abandonware. When you download a game from abandonia, you're breaking the law, too. If you only want games that are legal to download, go to abandonia reloaded.
