The developer (Monolith Productions) is an ESA member but the game is not protected since 26.09.2010. Sold only on Amazon Marketplace (also on the German and the French ones). I think we can label this as 'approved'. |

After re-checking to see if there were other sellers which could be considered valid, and finding none, and after the Fifth Horseman's clarification on the matter of the validity of the German Amazon Marketplace buylink, I can now say this game meets Abandonia's Definition of Abandonware. Therefore...
