From wat Google tellls us of Reunion 2, i know as much as follows.
It was not going to be called Reunion 2
It somehow continued the story of Reunion
since Reunion 2 wasn't actually goignt o be called Reunion 2 the best chance we have of finding it is by looking for other games made my Grandslam (The publisher)
