I tried deleting all cookies and temporary internet files, but it didn't do any good. And there aren't any download managers or accelerators on the computer I'm using. I have no clue why this won't work.
We do have an ad-blocker installed though, and once in a while it screws up stuff I'm trying to do on internet sites; is there any way that could be effecting the downloads? I really can't think of anything else.
