Hi, I have not one but two strategy games that I would really love to track down, but have never seen since I owned the demo. First one should be easyer since I remember much more about it, and the good news is that that is the one I really want to track down. Here goes:

The first game was a sci-fi set in the far future and often had very dark terain. In order to get units you had to build a tavern and hire them as they came in (it could contain about six at a time, I think). I remember that you could hire bikers.

When you clicked on them, the roofs of some buildings would vanish so you could see inside them (such as the tavern). The buildings themselves had a bone-like look, I think.

In the demo one of the campaigns had a large bone-white ground unit that could fly short distances using jump-jets that shot (if I remember) streams of blue fire.
