Default resource production

Hi all, just did some research, here is a table about the resource production of the first three systems:

As far as I experienced the resource production is limited to certain number of buildings. You can build more but those won't produce. I'm not meaning the maximum of 9 mines / planet, but my first four colonies actually produced anything the rest - although had mines - not. Therefore it is very important to choose the right planets for mines which according to this should be the following:

amnesty2/mir
jade/russell

(phoenix2) - produces more energon than apollo (2 vs 1) but not too much, can be skipped, but available much earlier than mirach3

mirach3
mirach4/moon1

jade
apollo

zeus/penelope is NOT necessary since you don't need texon to produce hunter/laser and after the defeat of jenossians you can have russell which produce texon. raenium is present on mir. apollo (moon of new earth) is also not needed for mining.

I haven't tested that what causes this: the number of mines, or the number of colonies.
