unfortunately nether of them are right. The game wasn't for commodore 64 or wasn't Japanese, differently English. I know it wasn't a rom of any type and was 100% sure it was a windows/micro$oft product. The game was on sale on ebay and the item was located in Australia, couldn't find it again.
