please remove the player reference card from the extras
I downloaded the player reference card from the extras and printed the pdf. Bad mistake.
The sides appeared in the middle of the paper and the lower right part was printed black (not shown with the viewer) at every page except a part of the hand which obviously was used for scanning.
Considering how expensive ink is and how much was printed black I guess the ink wasted for printing this document was worth several € or $.
I fell into this trap, no need to let others suffer too.
