Now it looks the same in IE as in Opera, which is good for IE, but it's still bad: see attachment. EDIT: refreshing made the duplicate logo go away in both browsers.

I think the "upgraded" website was quite poorly made and held together with duct tape. And now that the owner wanted something as simple (albeit evil) as inserting yet another huge banner at the top, all the layout botches and patches fell apart; and they're trying to fix it with more duct tape. I don't know the second thing about web programming and I haven't even taken a serious look, but still that's the impression I get. And I know it's not a positive comment.
