I found another course, the Riviera Country Club! It's up on FTP and waiting to be put on site.

Maybe there are even more, it's kind of complicated with the courses since not all of them have been released seperately for Links or Links 386, but for Links LS (and seem to work with Links 386, too) or on various compilations.
Some of these seem to be available at Underground Gamer, so if anyone has an account there, maybe he can get them. I'll keep looking myself, but these are really hard to find.
