So is there any chance of getting the game's manual up on here? I remember playing this way back when, and even had a basic grasp of it, but now for the life of me I can't recall how everything works.
I guess I should consider myself lucky I learned how SimCity 2000 works via the manual as a kid and then kept on playing, otherwise I'd be equally stumped.
