MM World Of Xeen Rocks
This is my comment about Might & Magic World of Xeen.
Maybe since it was the "first" RPG that I played when I was 13 years old, but this game is my oldie favorite. The game had very nice graphics for 1993 / 1994 (I say nice because they were drawn and not an attempt at ugly vector or 3d graphics). Also, the game comprised everything I wanted in RPG :
swords, axes, full plate, scale armor.... (classic equipment),
liches, dragons, dwarves, elves, goblins, orcs, mages, insect swarms, golems, giants, werewolves, ... (many types of "classic D&D" monsters).
The game sported EXCELLENT music for its time (the music gets you addicted).
Maybe the best part is that since MM World of Xeen, the ONLY other games where I've been able to lead a party of > 4 adventurers have been the Baldur's Gate series (those using Infinity Engine of Bioware, aka Icewind Dale,...) So, that best part is that you can control from 1 to 8 characters at a time. That means that after exploring a gigantic world and leveling from level 1 to level 255, you'll love and get attached to your characters.
Enjoy that game and share with others !
