Heya!
There is a driving game I remember playing ages ago and I cannot find out what it is called.

It is a driving game, top down perspective, no idea of publishers, may be PC, or Atari 520 or 1040.

Post-Apocalyptic world. You had a car which you drove between cities. The road sections had gaps in them through which your car could fall through to your death so you had to drive carefully. You could get out of your car and go into buildings, sort of remember stealing soda from a soda machine to regain health. I remember something about a plague or virus or biohazard that could turn people green. Perhaps around 1990
