Actually, I think she meant the forum ranks.
For the moment, they don't
really work. After the move all the old ranks were wiped and I didn't re-implement them yet.

Right now, any user below 30 posts is Junior Member. Any between 30 and 99 is Member (but the title says Regular). Any above 100 is Senior Member.
This is at most a placeholder, and will be eventually replaced.
