I appreciate those in charge right now who were attempting to improve the site, don't get me wrong. But they apparently are just not interested anymore, or don't have the time.

Look, I've explained it all before and I won't do so again. Most of the old crew can't do jack s**t with the site anymore. It's like gettine angry at someone in the middle of a massive multiple traffic jam just because he's further down the road than yourself, even though it's not him who caused the whole affair.
