there is a remake project (google it), but i belive they are not finished yet.
if you liked this one maybe you should try Arx Fatalis - much better graphics, kind of similar story (but different). it's a tribute to Ultima and using certain cheats it also changes the screen so it looks like you are playinig UW Stygian Abiss.
