About two weeks ago I've bought this kind of a machine, and I'm really glad:
1. Core 2 Duo E4300, 2*1,8 Ghz (only one CPU fan - why do You need two?)
2. 1GB RAM (soon 2GB will be necessary)
3. integrated (waiting for another income - 7xxx is the lowest I recommend)
4. 250GB SATA-II (I like it big)
5. WinXP
6. Gigabyte GA-945GZM-S2 (Probably you can choose different model, I needed integrated graphics to cut the costs)

he, he you do know that your computer actually works only at 1,8 Ghz?!?
so mine with single core is actually faster than yours, but yours can handle more operations - i.e. you can run server and play games at same time.
i checked the tests online and well i decided to get single core because it was cheaper and good enough. plus the speed is good.
why is AMD one step behind? as i see it they are like a few tens of EUR lower, but still good enough to handle all my needs.
yah AsRock does seem to make interesting boards. I installed two of those in my computers. both i used AGP for graphics. one had an old ATI VIVO card so i had to use AGP in second case i used it just cause i think it was good enough for what i need and it was cheap.
