Yes, hero, it's the full version!!! Eastern Europe just takes a rather long time to open. It's a lot more fun than playing the demo, of course.
However, Eastern Europe doesn't have as many cities in the game as Western Europe does. That's kinda... humm... suspicious?
not to mention kinda boring. It's a lot coller to open bussiness in Liepāja than in Dijon in a game :P
