I never used CDRoxio, but with Nero, You need to use overburning.
In options menu there was an option to set up the maximum overburning size - it should be set to CD capacity (800MB/90 min). When the program warns about using extra space, You just click overburn and it is all.

Best thing is to simulate before writing (there should be that kind of option). Recorder can damage if something goes wrong
I noticed that not every CD-rom/DVD-rom recognizes these bigger CD's. Some can not read anything from these kind of CD's. I do not use too often ... :not_ok:
