It says there that the publisher is Acclaim.
Couldn't find much info on that game in the first place.
A good thing is that (according to
Ye olde warez list) most acclaim games are either sold or abandonware. Now we'd just need to make sure that it's sold out.
And it looks like they'd not have to be older than 15 years.
