You need to run the game using DosBox or VDMSound. Same applies to its setup program.
Don't bother trying to run it in pure Windows, cause that ain't gonna work.

Don't forget to read the program readmes - I know most people don't give a damn about these, but when dealing with emulators one should
ALWAYS familiarize themselves with the documentation.
