Yes, that's what I expected. But saying that VIA works fair, is valuable for me, though!

Yeah, well a bit. Raising both will cost more. There are two CPUs at same price one with more L2 Cache and one with more MHz.

It all depends what you are running but more often the graphics card and memory will be the thing that really affects the system performance so if you compromise a bit on the CPU for the sake of the graphics card you might end up better off.

GraCa and Mem are fixed so I'm going to optimize the CPU.
