LOL, I read the older topic. I really dont see the problem. It doesnt really have to be officialy affiliated to ANYTHING. No one has any right in most big networks I know to tell what kind of channel you can form and the people that are in it. Hell it could contain half the peope in this forum and still no one would have any right to pass judgment on it or relate it to anything AFAIK.
Either way quit being anal and PM me if you want to form/be in a chan, moderated or not. Im not an IRC junkie but I do idle in a couple of chans and theres always decent chat at certain times of day.
If no one is interested I guess Ill just forget about it.
