No dude, CD Bremse just stops your CD drive after you done accessing data, not while reading the disc. You know that after using the CD it keeps spinning to no avail with absolutely no reason... now CD Bremse stops the CD after it is done with accessing data on it. Of course if you need some data from the CD again it won't be too quick because the CD must spin up to speed again...
