Well, we can't all belong to the elite group of dissidents; we all know that by now.
But the fact that a group of five people gets along apparently without rules hardly says anything about whether a much larger forum, which is open to all and on top of that allows guest posts, needs rules or not.
Edit: I've been wondering about that for a while now, actually. What is it?
