I still play SC4 a bit. I thought it was a great improvement over 3000 especially with Rush Hour.
But SC2000 had the funnies sidekicks, SimCopter and Streets of SimCity. I loved those two.
I've not played SimEarth a lot, but enough to know it's not my cup of tea.
