I've hear about it. Hope it ends soon, but you have to realize that civil war (or even wars between countries) will be more and more often in Africa.
You see when Africa's countries formed, they considered the theritories that were formed by white clonialist forces, naturally the conquerers (from the 18th and 19th century) didn't care much about ethnic, tribal, religios/ocult specifications of the people. That's why most countries in Africa now face a situation, where their borders are fixed, but the people are mixed. And they have just started the proces of nation forming (people living in a country realizing they are a nation). And usually the dominant group is the one that trys to take over (discriminating the rest).
There are also big chances Africa will soon go to war over the waters of the Nile river (and a larger war may break out) in the already so enpoverished regions of central-eastern Africa.
