Sure.
1) - go to the main site and look for the game.
2) - find the big red NO-GO button.
3) Click on it and read the text carefully.
4) Find out, you are not allowed to download the game and why!
There's no step 5, because you can't get the game, so you can finally go for that walk in the park with a book under your arm and read it on a bench with the Sun warming your face.
